Harbin Webster Goes to Neverwinter to try to Get Financial Aid for the attacks but Fails

He went to Neverwinter to get some funding for some of the rebuild of Phandalins essential places but unfortunatly they only did so if they were to become part of Neverwinter but under a puppet state. Harbin declined as it would be best for their citizens to prosper on their own. Harbin returned to Phandalin.
