The Black Viper

The Black Viper is a thief who only robs the rich who recently reappeared -- most notably, The Black Viper was caught and executed over a century ago, so it was unclear who the Black Viper was.
The group heard that Waller Phylund had fought off the Black Viper, but later heard he had changed his story and was now admitting he was robbed and unable to stop the thief.
When the group turned to looking into the Viper's identity, they discovered that it was none other than Esvele Rosznar, the oldest daughter of House Rosznar.
