Lord Dagult Neverember
Waterdeep's previous Open Lord, deposed by Laeral Silverhand 3 years ago. After the destruction of Neverwinter 40 years ago he proclaimed himself its ruler and vowed to rebuild it. After being forcefully removed he went there. It's rumored Lord Dagult left something behind in Waterdeep. Though people are unsure what is is, it's still become a hot topic for various nobles and influential groups.
