Corellon

Corellon is the father god of the Elven pantheon, he is the god of arcane magic and as such has followers among every race. It is rumored that Corellon was the consort of Magic one of the Endless and from them learned his mastery of the arcane. 
For Millennia Corellon was one of the few gods who made his home on the inner planes. He had claimed the feywild as his own, it was he who stabilised the echo plane and made it what it is. He and his inner circle who would become the elven pantheon settled there, their presence warping and shaping the new plane. There he and his fellow gods created the shee, who would inspire the shaping of the elves. 
Although Corellon is the greatest magic user in the Multiverse and is the god of Arcane magic it is possible that he does not have control over the weave, that power lies ultimately with the endless. However Corellon has power and has dealt with both gods and mortals who attempted manipulate the weave beyond it's intended use.
Corellon left the Feywild after the betrayal of Lloth, he was injured in his battle with Gruumsh and heartbroken by the strife of his people. After Gruumsh had been driven back and lloth and her drow exiled he retreated to the Astral sea and his domain there leaving the feywild in the control of the shee.
Almost all practioners of the Arcane venerate Corellon to some degree, his worship is wide and varied, many offer prayers in hope of power or pray for guidance when crafting a difficult spell. All his faithful wish to please him by furthering their mastery of magic and often his priests can teach those who have talent.
