XP Distribution
Each monster has an XP reward set in advance. When a monster dies, the DM will award up to the entire XP reward between the party members at their discretion on the basis of a contribution to the monster's death or rather, experience earned.
If a monster is incapacitated or surrenders, XP may also be awarded to those responsible for a non-lethal solution. This may be more or less than set XP of the creature depending on the effort involved in a non lethal solution.
Experience may also be awarded outside of combat at the DM's discretion for non-violent solutions to obstacles and challenges.
