Eliza is the Barkeeper and Owner of the flying Fish. A Bar located in the Harbour district of Otawara. It's a small Bar at the edge of the district, but it has its regulars. More than one worker and sailor come here to end their Day. Eliza has always an open ear for the needs and worries of her customers, ever since she opened the Bar eight years ago.
