The only child to a small town mayor, he learned early on the delicate way of politics. After losing half of Family to a savage attack on the town, he moved to Otawara to attend secondary school. Graduated with Honour and got a scholarship for the University, where he studied politics and history. He immediatly applied for a job at the Government and got a secretary job. But he advanced fast und became an assistant to a minister after roughly a year, two years later he got appointed to Underminister to the first Minister.
He is very strict Person that is very law abiding. To others he comes across as very stiff and hard from times.
