Archmage Kilvelmor Rollins

Archmage Rollins is a senior wizard of the Watchful Order of Magists and Protectors in Waterdeep. He specializes in Transmutation, and frequently comes into contact with followers of Gond and the growing population of Artificers in the city. As such, he was recently approached by Laeral Silverhand to consult on an effort to produce arcane constructs for the the defense of the city.
