Hoobur Gran'Shoop

Hoobur Gran' Shoop is a gnome necromancer of no small ablity. While signs of his presence have been found by the Order of the Bronze Influencer, they did not catch up with Hoobur until episode 3, confronting him in the basement lab of the Silent Sound Lighthouse.
Hoobur is annoyingly confident, and even more annoyingly competent.
Hoobur offered the Order a deal, and they took it, rescuing Wizzy, a gnome wizard and only surviving member of the Order of the Stout Half-Pint, and Talantha Three-Coins, a tiefling Paladin Occultant and only surviving member of the Fellowship of the Golden Mongoose.
