Dreg
White Baron Dreg (a.k.a. The Frigid Spite)
The fifth son, Dreg was created by Tiamat in an act of betrayal, born to kill his metallic brethren. Her plot was discovered however, and during his creation she was set upon by the giant gods and banished to Avernus. Dreg was carried down with her, cast into the River Styx upon arrival.
The river washed away Dreg's memory as it carried him off, eventually he was washed ashore in Agathys with all knowledge of himself and his purpose gone. During the Age of Dragons, Dreg struggled his way across the planes trying to reclaim his lost memories, making it to the Material Plane for just long enough to leave his mark on the world and be recognised as one of the dragon gods.

Dreg is the bitterness of a lover spurned, the twisted sense of right in the ambitious cast down. The weakest of the dragon gods, Dreg revels in small victories and slights carried out against those above him. His followers all share this resentment for those more powerful than they, often turning to him as a last ditch attempt at revenge.

Identifying Characteristics
Dreg is a wretched creature, with ragged wings and many patches that are missing scales. His left arm is stunted, stopping just beneath his elbow. He has replaced the remainder with a pointed stave of ice.
