Barra Logden (Mr. Wizardly)
Barra Logden the disgraced is a run away mage from Loradan that helped to create the Steel Beasts along with High Seeker Maako Tealeaf, and Nassr Danna. His original intent with the beasts was to make beasts of burden and create a base line so future wizards and enchanters could make better versions to help do labor, however this was too true. once the beasts took most of the jobs away from peasantry, and the peasants revolt began the beasts started being used and designed for war and combat. Not only were these machines the perfect worker, they where the perfect soldier, they followed every order to the tee. Barra saw all of this and broke contract and ran, he diden't think he could help anyone anymore especially sense his own invention killed his entire family. So he ran, and went to lay low in a huge town were he could easily be missed. Eventual he started working at a library in Crom and after working there for longer than anyone else he became owner. Soon after becoming owner Barra met a young girl named Aila (One of my players), this girl over a few years effectively became his new daughter to him. Once she asked for her to stay at the library Barra said yes and took care of her with every fiber of his being.
