Noctis Clan (knock-tis)

A vampire clan located in Timbermere. Legend says this is the most modern and refined clan that is known for their refined tastes, absurdly good looks, and charming disposition.
Considered the most powerful clan of the High Vampires, the Noctis Clan is the newest and most modern family. While not quite as powerful as the Volton, they are also a magically inclined Clan, and have the most charming aura.   The physical characteristics of a Noctis is that of a peak human form. In fact, they can be indistinguishable for a human should they wish, leading them to being dangerous in the modern world of politics for the nations of Tomeria and are often sought after by the more powerful figures in the world as spies and assassins.
They are not cheap hires however and live the most lavish out of all the clans due to their frequent use in the War of Endless Aggression by the Moldur Kingdom. They are the most populous of the High Vampire Clans, combined with their guile and enchanting auras, this has led them to dominate the politics of the Clans.
Unique among High Vampires, the Noctis do not need to feed on blood to survive and are in fact inverted with their power growing the longer they go without feeding. However, this also procures severe consequences and so most prefer to feed early on once their vampire powers have procured.
