Karis Church

The Karis Church is a sect of the overall Creation Myth that is devoted to the worship of Karis the god of commerce. Traditionally a relatively quiet community at the start of the Colonization Era they gained much prominence for their theory of Karis Destiny, which they believed meant that the Dwarves were meant to bring enlightenment and progress to the wild and untamed High Seas Archipelago.
The Karis Church makeup consists of priests, high priests, bishops, archbishops, and the Council.
The Karis Church in the Dwarves bustling market city of Dorgruhm is highly intertwined with the ruling council though and also has some control over the city guard through the implementation of their clerics and paladins as guard chiefs.
