Fimi

Fimi is the capital tribe and city outside the Fresci Waters where all the other tribes gather once every 4 years in a gathering known as "Fresci" (translates to: gathering). It is founded around a large clear lake with a waterfall that falls off the isle down into the ocean far below. This is where the first King of the Air Genasi resided, Felmoor, who was rumored to be the wisest Genasi to ever live.
The Air Genasi people are known for their quick choices and brash conclusions. This led to many cities simply being named after whoever found them as they didn't waste time caring for fancy or meaningful names. After The Rupturing an Air Genasi named Fimi was said to have been scouting the area for danger when he found this large waterfall and lake and marveled at it's beauty and immediately sent word back to his nomadic tribe that this a place worth keeping and cherishing.
While it was originally simply a religous area where they gave thanks to Appo and other Colossi for saving the Genasi from assured destruction. However, after some time so many tribes would come to what eventually became known as the Fresci Waters, a wise elder named Felmoor decided this would become a gathering site where all the tribes would meet once a year to celebrate and give thanks. This led to the area surrounding the Fresci Waters to become a bustling city as those who stayed permanently were tasked with preparing for all the tribes for the next year. 
In the Colonization Era once air ships had become common, word of the magnificent beauty of the Fresci Waters spread throughout The Outpost and the other Genasi Tribes. This led to some tenseness as a the Air Genasi elder's of Fimi became split on whether or not to continue to allow outsiders to go to the Fresci Waters as many would desecrate and spoil the area.
