The Amalgam Enclave

Those that belong to The Amalgam enclave study the unique biological aspects of the natural world, learning every intricacy in every creature. These wildmorphs use their extensive knowledge of nature to combine their animal forms, creating unique combinations of bestial abilities and features. Many of these wildmorphs tend to be experimental in nature, curious at how their forms and their capabilities as wildmorphs evolve and improve with time.

Primal Amalgamation

Beginning at 3rd level, your primal shapes become frameworks you can modify. When you enter a primal form, that form becomes your “base form”, which you can customise.

You can choose one passive ability from any of your other known forms and add it to your base form. You cannot choose the attack of another form, the Wildmorph enhancement feature, or the feature a primal form gains at 9th level. When you reach higher levels in this class, you can choose additional abilities to add to your base form. The abilities you choose do not all have to originate from the same primal form.

When you reach 7th level, you can choose one additional ability, another at 11th level, and another at 15th level.

Flexible Attacks

Starting at 7th level, your natural weapons become mouldable, and more deadly. When you deal bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage in a primal form, you can choose to change the original damage type to bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage. You also reroll 1s on any damage dice you roll when determining the damage of your natural weapons in your primal forms. You must take the new result after rerolling a die, even if the new result is a 1.

Additionally, you can choose one attack or action from one of your known forms and add it to the list of actions you can perform in your base primal form.

Adaptable Speed

Starting at 11th level, your agility improves in your primal forms. When you enter a primal form, you can choose to add one movement speed from one of your other known primal forms and add it to your base form. If your base form already has the chosen movement speed, your base form’s movement speed changes to the highest of that specific movement speed.

Additionally, you only require 5ft of movement to get up from being prone.

Ultimate Amalgam

Beginning at 15th level, you learn how to turn into the most powerful combinations of bestial traits. When choosing additional passive abilities to add to your base form, you can choose one of those additional abilities to be the passive ability or action gained a primal form gains at 9th level.

Additionally, you can sever your additions to your form to prolong your survival. When you fail a saving throw, you can choose to sacrifice one of your passive features added to your base form to succeed on the saving throw instead. After sacrificing an ability, you reduce the number of additional abilities you can add to your base form by one. This reduction increases by one every time you sacrifice an ability in this way. This reduction lasts until you complete a long rest.
