Summon Elemental
2nd-Level Conjuration
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 90 feet
Components: V, S, M (air, a pebble, ash, and water inside a gold-inlaid vial worth at least 60 gp)
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 hour
You call forth an elemental creature that manifests in an unoccupied space that you can see within range. When you cast the spell, choose Armoured, Roller, or Spitter. The creature resembles bipedal form wreathed one of the elements of your choice: Air, Earth, Fire, or Water. This elemental type and chosen element determines its stat block. The creature disappears when it drops to 0 hit points or when the spell ends.
The creature is an ally to you and your companions. In combat, the creature shares your initiative count, but it takes its turn immediately after yours. It can move and use its actions and reactions from its stat block on its own, unless you take a bonus action on your turn to command it to take another action. If the creature forces a target to make a saving throw to resist an effect, the saving throw DC is the same as your spell save DC.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, use the higher level wherever the spell's level appears in the stat block, or determines any additions to the stat block.
