Duration: 1 minute

An elemental spirit appears in an unoccupied space within range. This spirit lasts for the duration of the spell, until you are incapacitated, or until you cast this spell again.

The dust devil is surrounded by a 15-foot radius cloud that lightly obscures its area, made up of sand, dust, loose dirt, or light gravel. Any creature of your choice that starts its turn within the cloud must make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 1d12 bludgeoning damage and is pushed 10 feet horizontally in any direction you choose. 

As a bonus action, you can move the dust devil up to 40 feet in any direction, and cause its cloud to to heavily obscure its area until the start of your next turn.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d12 and the radius of the cloud increases by 5 feet for every two slot levels above 2nd.
