Wendell

Wendell is a Halfling  of about 11 years of age. He's one of the children that the Witchlight Court and the Getaway Gang rescued from Skabatha Nightshade's toy factory in Loomlurch. He is a rather sullen and withdrawn boy, seeming younger than his years.
