Velvet Wraith

The Velvet Wraiths is a large criminal organization operating out of the City of Estwald. It's believed that it started as a simple thieves' guild but slowly grew into a much more extensive network of organized crime. The leader of the Velvet Wraiths is known as Silk, but it's not clear if this is a rank or a name.
