Varun Damathra

Varun Damathra is a young Tishad man from Chadramauthry. He signed onto the Red Clam in Gwyllan's Watch when he heard it was sailing for Velnar, hoping to get home. His competence, affability, and general modesty made him popular with the rest of the crew, and, when the First Mate, Philaria Tallsails was slain, Thomas Bontemps promoted the young man.
