The Terrible Lobster is the nickname of a tavern in the town of
Fentrade. The sign was meant to depict a pair of Chuul battling each other (the tavern's name was meant to be the Chittering Chuul), but the artistry was so bad, that the sign appeared to show two lobsters in some kind of death dance. Locals started calling it the Terrible Lobster, and the name stuck when the current owner,
Ruvalos Vitolo, bought it.
It's not a great tavern, but the beer is acceptable. Oddly enough, as if in defiance of the name, Ruvalos has taken to serving very decent lobster dishes, especially chowders and pies.
