Tal Orthalan

Tal Orthalan is a port town in western Faerinwold on the shores of the Sea of Storms. Although it is a major trade port, its greater claim to fame among the Elves of that land is for a very different reason. Elves reincarnate, largely denied rest in the Blessed Realm of Arvandor. At times, however, elves hear a call to the west. They travel to Tol Orthalan, find others to sail with, or make their own vessels, and travel west. They believe the song is calling them home, and none have returned to say otherwise.
