Spink

Spink is a Kobold who resides in the unofficial "Beneath" district of Estwald. He is the Chief Tinker of the kobolds who live there and helps organize the workers who help fulfill the ancient compact between the city and the kobolds. Thanks to his shrewd negotiations, the residents of Castle Caladorn have been upholding their end of the bargain well, and the kobolds are prospering and happy. His daughter, Peaki, is the apple of her father's eye, and he hopes she will succeed him, someday.
