Roof Owls

The Roof Owls is a thieves guild centered in the Lantern District of Estwald. They are said to have been founded and led by a nearly legendary thief named Owlfeathers, an Owlfolk known for her daring aerial thefts. The Roof Owls carry on that tradition, leaping across roofs, scaling towers, and performing acts of theft considered nearly impossible.
