Reef

Reef is a Locathah, belonging to the Brightshoals clan. He is relatively friendly to drylanders, but he’s always glad to get what he thinks of as the advantage in a deal. He used to trade with Gar Shatterkeel, but that individual’s worship of Olhydra finally drove Reef to break off their partnership.
