Rathe ap Shavralion

Rathe ap Shvralion is an Eladrin merchant who dwells in Estwald. Originally from Tavanion, he has lived in Estwald for over a hundred years despite his youthful appearance. Rumor holds that he was exiled by the Esavola Maraliana ap Kadishai for various crimes, but few know the truth of such matters. He tends to remain in the form of autumn, and he's rarely seen with a smile. Few can claim to have heard him laugh.

In his shop in the edge of the city's Lantern District, he sells Feywine, as well as various herbs for use as magical material components. It's said that, if you know the right words, he'll also sell you Candleglow, a narcotic substance related to the Feydark.
