Pettiban Stillwater

Pettiban Stillwater is the ship's cook on the Red Clam. He is a Halfling from Dalenshire. He is dextrous, a decent sailor, a tolerable if unimaginative cook, and a dabbler in alchemy. He is known for middling cooking that he hides under an enthusiastic amount of Swamp Pepper and for being naively incautious with alchemical reagents.
