Omanar al'Varol

Omanar al’Varol is a Bedourani residing in the Free City of Castamir. He was a merchant until one of his caravans tried to make the Crescent Cut…the run from Castamir to Deshbara that skirts the Desolation of Azmartheon. A sandstorm sprang up, and Omanar became lost in the Desolation.

When he emerged, miraculously alive and the only survivor of his caravan, he was quite mad, and he now begs in the city bazaar. No one is positive what he saw out there, but The Shaper suspected he encountered the Fusion, based on the violent reaction he had to seeing another Shardmind.
