Obal Obb

Obal Obb is a Dwarf from the world of Oerth who, oddly, has no head. Although he seemingly can't see, he hears just fine, and he's learned to communicate by stomping yes for once and twice for no. How he ended up this way is unknown. He was met at the Palace of Heart's Desire where he is apparently seeking help from Zybilna in regards to his condition. His companions had worked out his name and homeworld by getting him to rap guesses at the letters in the words.
