Modron Storm

Modron Storms are extremely rare weather phenomena that can occur when there is a strong connection between Tol and Mechanus, the Astral Domain of the Modrons. When this occurs, there is abnormally frequent lightning strikes, often of unusual colors. Spiders in the areas of the strikes begin to work together, spinning webs into geographic patterns similar to the various sizes and shapes of modrons. When they complete the web, sometimes a modron will actually manifest out of the web. They usually have a singular purpose to fulfill, and, upon doing so, they pop back to their home plane without further incident.
