Melfarinon Peralay

Melfarinon Peralay, known to many as simply Melf, was an Elven Wizard who lived at the time of the Second Conclave of the Seven Kingdoms. He dwelt in the far west of Faerinwold, where he could see the Sea of Storms from the top of his master's tower. Eventually, he surpassed his master and became high wizard of the tower himself. Despite his mastery of arcane magics, he often blended swordplay into his skills as well, mastering a small bit of the path of being a Bladesinger.

Eventually, he became aware of another wielder of both magical and martial prowess, the Elven Fighter Ehlonna Palanram. He became a mentor to her, helping to guide her peerless archery skills and magics to blend, as she became the first Arcane Archer . They traveled together during the War of the God KingWar of the God King , becoming greatly feared by the Orcish Hordes during this time. After the war, Ehlonna traveled the world, but Melf preferred to remain behind, studying and perfecting his magic. Many wizards still utilize spells today that bear his name, benefiting from the fruits of his labors.
