Marinus

Marinus, Duke of the Leaward Shoals, is a Merfolk nobleman who dwells in the Bright Sea, close to the Holds of the Sea Barons. He is a warrior lord who commands many legions of merfolk. He is a worshiper of Rishtathis who seeks what is best for all folk who live in or on the sea. He is a sworn ally of Lazaranthios the Bronze, and they work together to protect and guide those they consider under their protection.
