Keyth (kay-EETH)

Keyth (which rhymes with wraith) is a type of ration made by the Elves of Faerinwold . It's comprised of dried, chopped, and compressed fruits (often dates, apples, apricots, plums, or the like) rolled into balls and rolls with crushed nuts. Sometimes, Keyth is made with fruits and nuts native to the Feywild, giving it flavors and textures most people will never have the chance to enjoy. Because of its high caloric content, elves claim that keyth can keep them going for many days, but this may simply be typical elvish boasting .
