Harbor Rats

The Harbor Rats are a thieves gang operating out of Valafar. Led by Molly Twostones, the group has been around for years. They engage in thieving, burglary, smuggling, forgery, blackmail, and other crimes. They are in a territorial dispute with the Dustmen who are moving into their neighborhoods.
