Gelekwode

 
The Gelekwode is a good-sized forest in southeastern Tavanion. It was named the Gelekwode after Gelek Greenroots, a powerful Treant who befriended the Eladrin who first explored it. Once it was the site of two Eladrin cities, Gelekrith and Gelekavor. Over time, Gelekavor was abandoned and renamed Fallen Gelekgurth, leaving Gelekrith the only habitation there. The wood has an increasingly ill reputation, and many believe an evil from Fallen Gelekgurth still abides in the eastern part of the forest.
