Elemiru

Elemiru, also called Starwine, is a specialty of the Cerulean Academy. It is a rich, sweet cordial flavored with herbals and flowers, and it is only bottled during important astrological phenomena, such as solstices, equinoxes, conjunctions, and the like. The act of brewing it is very ritualistic, and it is believed to unlock prophetic visions when properly uncorked, decanted, and consumed.
