Lord Eld is a High Elf noble from the world of Oerth. Wild magic emanating from his family crypt turned him to stone (although he remains animate, if a bit slow). The Witchlight Court encountered him at the Palace of Heart's Desire, where he desired to ask Zybilna for aid.
