Druvazhki

In the badlands of Gristamere, one can find the eerie spectacle of Druvazhki (Blood Lake in the Common Tongue), a lake whose waters are startlingly red. The Goblinoids say the waters are actually the blood of Kavesh spilled during the Dawn War. They bathe in it for their God's blessing. Most outsider scholars say the red is more likely caused by minerals or algae, but the goblins know their truth.
