Council of the Peaks

The Council of the Peaks is a body of representatives from the various communities in the Free Highlands. They gather regularly to discuss important matters that affect their different homes, regulate trade, and provide for common defense of their lands. Current members include Ghost of Three Rivers, Kanaika Lifts-the-Tree of Rauta-kavi, Galdo of Jokulhrith, Shrekala the Eye of Fury of Cheharrah, and Brother Nehem of the Monastery of St. Arnd.
