Clockwork Clouds

 
Clockwork Clouds are an unusual weather phenomenon found on Tol. They tend to form when the realms of order and law are in conjunction with Tol itself. They look like enormous gears rotating in the sky, or other extremely regular shapes. They tend to be harmless phenomena.
