Anderwal Lackland

Anderwal Lackland is a Kalrentai merchant residing in the Salt District of Estwald. He was fairly wealthy, and he seemed likely to be rising higher thanks to wise investments. When his ships were sunk by Gar Shatterkeel near the Holds of the Sea Barons, however, his fortunes plummeted. His fiance ended his hopes of an advantageous marriage, and his family disowned him, causing him to take his current surname.
To avoid having to move from the city, he prevailed on some of his old colleagues to buy his old home for capital, using his funds to buy interests in fishing vessels. He collects shellfish from his investments, which he sells to local taverns for a modest profit. He knows where his ships went down and dreams of hiring Adventurers to recover the valuable cargo he had aboard.
