Once a great wizard, Sagheos has learned the secrets to draconic apotheosis. He has been manipulating Toivoa for many years, primarily through the spread of the drug known as Frenzy. As a prismatic dragon, he is known to be intelligent, and exceedingly resistant to magical forces.
