Leandro Cervantes

Firstborn of Don Ricardo. After his father announced his conquest of the oceans, Leandro feuded with his brother, Pantera over Borbon. Leandro possessed both his father’s intellect, and his ancestor’s strength in battle. After his quick victory against Pantera, he spared his life, against tradition, out of love for his brother, or blackmailed him. He had a daughter named Rosamund, who was in a relationship with Safira. Rosamund drowned in an attempt to find Safira by going out in a dinghy that capsized at Safira's cove. 

Leandro was the first Cervantes to marry. His wife was Eliza De Casa Flores, another noble family of Borbon. He married for politics, not for love, and would have a son, Aryo. He would eventually fall in love with a Bladespeaker named Isabella. He divorced Eliza in order to marry Isabella. Isabella would die giving birth to Leandro’s second son, Sancho.

Leandro would later receive news from the Church of Lingle that Aryo had died on his journey to Avanna. The church demanded Sancho be given to them at birth, as he had the blood of the Lingle. Leandro’s fear of losing anyone else he loved caused him to hide Sancho away.

Leandro now serves as governor of @borbon. He has several lieutenants that he commands.
