Kharnas

Kharnas Sohnozath was born in the Sohnoza Protectorate, one of many triton undersea territories. He was raised in a military family, but despite the accomplishments of his parents and older brother he struggled to amount to much. When the latest Conflict broke out on the surface, the Protectorate provided military support to Nousha in the hopes of cashing in a favor later.

This support came in the form of Kharnas and a contingent of triton warriors. They were integrated into existing Nousha units, and Kharnas was selected for what became knowns as Wraith Squad because...frankly, it got him out of the way without offending his family. It surprised just about everyone when the Wraiths proved successful and proved crucial to the Nousha war effort.

After the war, he returned to the Protectorate, where he has continued his military service to this day. He largely focuses on training new recruits in land tactics. He's occasionally assigned to escort diplomatic missions to the surface. But he spends much of his free time in study, and even his family is never quite sure just what he's trying to learn.
