Neuburg
Neuburg is an ancient town with a citadel sitting on the clifftops of Arion.
The townsfolk of Neuburg maintain their own economy through hunting and foraging the forests west of the town, and make trades whenever they have the chance, as few travellers ever make the journey across Deathmoor.
Government
The Margrave of Neuburg Keep has always been the ruling seat of affairs surrounding Neuburg.
Magrave Tholdor is the current ruler of Neuburg, and is of old age without an heir. In recent times, ever since he came back from visiting the infernal city of Zagoula, he brought with him strange southerners and the Black Priestess.
Months later, no one was allowed in or out of the Keep anymore.
The history of the keep is that it was built for a sole purpose of housing in an ancient evil, far older than the Bone Demon’s horde. Beneath the castle lies the doorway to a passage of dark, winding tunnels, containing the worst horrors the world has ever known, or now-long forgotten. The castle serves to guard one entrance to these tunnels, while the Sept of Valor at the other end of Neuburg guards the other.
