These establishments boasts luxurious beds, exotic perfumes, imported silks, and enough pipe smoke to convince visitors they're more attractive than they actually are. Musicians play cheerful tunes while pickpockets work in perfect harmony. It's one of the few places where people willingly pay outrageous sums to make terrible decisions.
