The Sun Soul Monastery teaches their students to harness the energy of the sun. They go through rigorous training to be quick with their movements to emulate the speed of light. The monastery has a population of roughly 80 members with a diverse group of monks consisting of all the common races, but with a higher percentage of Leonin, Aasimar, and Fire Genasi. There are two pillars of monk training, One with the Spirit and One with the Body. Aligning the spirit with the sun's energy has granted monks of the Soul Sun the power to burn and cleanse the unnatural, while training their body to attack and defend with blazing speeds.

Ranks of the Sun Soul Monk

There are four ranks in levels of training for the monks.

• The Sohei are unmastered in both their Sol'Zen and Warrior trainings.
• The Wajo are mastered in Sol'Zen but unmastered in Warrior trainings. They are rewarded with a magical tea set that serves 6 and refills once a day.
• The Kasho are mastered in Warrior but unmastered in Sol'Zen trainings. Kasho are rewarded with a Staff of the Sol, a short magical bo staff.
• The Osho are mastered in both their Sol'Zen and Warrior trainings.
