The Elemental Plane of Earth

The Elemental Plane of Earth is as of 700 AS is ruled by an amethyst dragon. The regions of the Plane of Earth closer to the Material Plane look somewhat similar to the Material Plane, except for the gray sky, the diamond sun, and some strange rock formations. One of these regions is a forest of petrified trees called the Borderwoods. Deeper into the Plane of Earth the terrain gets stranger and more elemental, like "grassy" hills where the grass is made of gold, and Lord Gaia Stone's home, the Crystal Canyons, are canyons carved into glittering gemstone cliffs. There are also mountains with huge cave networks.
