The Eastern Ocean

The Eastern Ocean of Kauvet is riddled with unpredictable storms that crash any boat that tries to leave Kauvet. The storms change on a dime, and metereologists of The Kauvetian Navy have been unable to predict them accurate. It seems that anytime the intentions of a ship's crew change to leaving Kauvet, the storms buffet them aggressively back to the coast.
