Ganbaatar (They/Him) is a character played by Gremlin (She/They) in Oops! All Villains: A Tiresian Archives Nonfiction One-shot. They are a Level 11 Warforged Oath of Conquest Paladin with a faceless background.
Description
6'6" steel warforged, made for battle. They are rusted but not in the eaten through way but in the "this is old metal" way. Ganbaatar has garnet eyes that are a deep blood red, a head shaped like a battle helmet, a body shaped like a suit of armor and the crest of the family they serve displayed as an emblem on his chest.
Due to being a faceless, they have a public facing, and a true personality. The public facing personality is that of the warrior, numb, shallow, forgettable. The true personality is one they try to forget, they are trying to become the warrior.
Backstory
Ganbaatar first came into existence during the civil wars that ravaged Kauvet prior to the Age of Lavandin. Between battles, they fell into a significantly sustained stasis, remaining shut down until shortly before their arrest. They awoke and continued their quest, conquest for their dynasty, uncaring that all from that family are dead and the wars are over. After a period of lots of murder, mostly indiscriminate unless who ever they were trying to subdue pledged to follow the family they serve, he was captured and taken to the prison.
Trivia
Gremlin has made a heroforge of Ganbaatar, seen here.
They have no memory of the time he was unconscious and is only recently beginning to understand time passed.
They have knowledge of the celestial language from their creators, assumed to be the family they serve. The family they were serving has been completely wiped out and largely removed from history.
